How Middle East Consultants conives with police
Late last year; The Drone Media launched an investigation to find out what was going on at Middle East Consultants in Muyenga. This was after many people complained about fleecing at Middle East Consultants.
The investigations kicked off in October; The Drones approached the Managing Director; Gordon. M; who agreed to give out as many job seekers as 500 at ago.
However; the obstacle was only the money; guarantee money (the deposit put forward so that you should not default) as the visas are being processed.
In this case, Gordon; trickster as he is; he claimed he had been conned USD20,000 before and in similar manner so he could not put his money as a guarantee. Gordon told The Drones that if they could put their money he would give all the documents of the 500 job seekers.
The Drones accepted to take 20 passports/documents for those 20 job seekers. The 20 documents had guarantee money of USD1,000 . This money was paid to Richard Ssebuliba who processed 11 (eleven) visas out of the 20; that was in two weeks. Richard Ssebuliba intentionally remained with 9 visas which he later delivered to Middle East Consultants in person and was paid behind the back of The Drones.
Behold! It was a tag of war to get the money of 11 (eleven) visas from Middle East Consultants. Good enough that is when The Drones established that cash flow was not in proper books of accounts. There was something hidden from Uganda Revenue Authority.
While the drones waited to be paid, which did not take one or two days, it was discovered that everyday people come to Middle East Consultants asking for refund and others quarreling. The staff is also arrogant; they mistreat clients who genuinely ask for their money.
On 5th March, 2019, The Drone Media decided to launch another investigation into police in relation to Middle East Consultants. The Drones opened a file: SD.REF 87/05/03/2019 at Katwe Police Station. Offense: O/M/B/F/P . Suspect: Richard Ssebuliba.
Surprisingly, Ssebuliba was arrested and detained, but released without agreement or any document guarantying his come back. The Investigations Officer (IO) on this file; Boney Okello claimed the suspect had a right to be bonded.
The truth of the matter is that Boney Okello did not release the suspect on Police Bond. This was discovered today (March 5, 2019) three weeks and three days after he was released. Boney Okello has been keeping the file in his drawer; he never gave it to the OC CID Katwe for allocation; he never recorded it in Police Records; he kept playing dirty games.
Today, March 28, 2019, The Drones confronted Boney Okello, but like any other corrupt police officer; he gave fake excuses and sheepish smiles. That is when The Drones went to the OC CID Katwe and it was discovered that Boney Okello released the suspect Richard Ssebuliba without a police bond; he never recorded the file; he actually mismanaged the file.

The Drones found out that the company puts fake adverts in various media houses yet they don’t any job order or contract. They put an advert that 800 jobs were in China, yet not even one was there. It is not once or twice, many times. There was an incident when they advertised nurses, yet they did not have the job orders; the nurses rioted but these crooks used security crooks to confuse the victims.
In fact, there were many truths that were found out. Some of which is written in one first story that Middle East Consultants are trying to block but they are failing.
