By Drone Writer

Dott Services has used police to intimidate journalist over its shoddy works.  According to a letter/summon served to Pidson Kareire, addressed wrongly as Pidson Kakaire, the journalist is invited for interview and statement recording vide CID HQTRS GEF 1065/2020.

This subject matter refers;  The Directorate is investigating  a case of alleged criminal libel C/L 179 & 180 of penal code Act to the prejudice of DOTT SERVICES.

The letter signed by a one Tesiina Catherine, requires Pidson Kareire to report to the Criminal Investigations Directorate  Headquarters in Kibuli on Tuesday 6th/04/2021 at 1000hrs to assist in providing valuable information in respect to the matter being investigated. The letter orders him to report to D/ASP Mugabe Peter, who will guide him on what is required.

Well,  the story  of contention on its website is headlined: “MPs protest Dott Services contract award for Uganda-DRC roads over previous shoddy works.”  This story was written while the Dott Services managers appeared before the parliamentary committee of physical Infrastructure Committee of Parliament and it is factual and to the point. The story followed the proceedings of parliament and thereafter a report was detailed on this site.

Besides, there are so many documented evidence pinning Dott Services Engineering to its shoddy works.  The Drone Media will put a link of the previous report of shoddy works at the bottom.  We guarantee professional reporting on this; Dott Sevirces is using influence to harass us as we do our work.

The story of contention further details the shoddy works Dott Services has had over a time. After several failed attempts to remove the story from the website, DOTT SERVICES are running to police for cover up.  This, however, it won’t help it will, instead, expose their shoddy works the more.

Dott Services Limited was subject of Parliament Investigation in December 2016, following a petition filed by Dott Services Limited, protesting what they termed as hostility of Allen Kagina, Executive Director, Uganda National Roads Authority towards their company.
In retaliation, UNRA allegedly accused Dott Services of uttering false documents (fake financial statements) during the bidding on; Rukungiri-Kanungu-Ishaka Road, Kigumba-Bulima Road, Kyenjojo-KagadiKabwoya Road, Fort portal-Hoima and Mbale-Nkokonjeru Road projects. UNRA also listed a number of roads projects in Eastern Uganda, Dott Services Limited is said to have carried out and that the works were shoddy including Mbala-Tirinyi Road and Mbale Soroti Road.
