Did  Bobi Wine really sneak in a bulletproof car without government’s knowledge and URA clearance?

By Angela Nyakuni

The New MP, Muhammad Ssegirinya is a useful idiot of National Unity Platform (NUP). He recently, acted stupid but executed a deadly mission. Segirinnya acts like an illiterate and less-sophisticated man, but manages to do serious things without anyone suspecting him.

Bobi Wine’s new armoured and bulletproofed car’s story begins with Ssegirinya travelling to America, two weeks after elections.

Ugandans in America were shocked to see Ssegirinya enter highly guarded offices that are only open to big people in the U.S Military. In one of those offices, Ssegirinya met Retired Army General, George Amstrong. General Amstrong is the former Director of BALCOM, the Company that manufactures the military cars used my American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Gen. Amstrong was so shocked when Ssegirinya explained, in detail, how he wanted Kyagulanyi’s car to be. The Army General was shocked because even American commandos don’t know the things that Ssegirinya Knew.

Anyway, with the car manufactured and made for only Robert Kyagulanyi’s fingerprint and facial recognition, it was time to send the car to Uganda and the manufacturer was stuck. But Ssegirinya had a plan.
On the day Donald Trump was leaving the White House, some of the cars in his convoy were diverted to a ship and destined to Africa where they were supposed to be given to American ambassadors. Those cars don’t need clearance by Revenue Authorities and the clever Ssegirinya used that advantage to sneak in Bobi Wine’s vehicle!

It is under that sneaky arrangement that Bobi Wine’s car entered into Uganda.  However, it was not exempted from URA tax; the actual tax would have been more than sh1bn, but Ssegirinya and group duped the tax officials and paid only sh1bn; that is under declaration, which, The Drone Media has learnt the group will be penalized.
