More officers arrested

Former Kampala Metropolitan Chief, CP Frank Mwesigwa who has been hiding is now arrested.

However, this is not the first time an order is issued to arrest him. When the first order arrest him was issued his father rushed to the President and pleaded.

This time again his father was looking for an appointment to meet the president over his arrest, but it did not go through.

It’s a fact that Frank and others took over the role of illegally returning Rwandan refugees to Rwanda where they were killed on arrival after the arrest of SSP Nickson Agasirwe.

He is responsible for the return of Mulindwa aka Mukombozi who was kidnapped from his gate and taken to Rwanda only to be killed and dropped in acid.

In a related development bail will be denied to all those suspected of murder, but Chief Justice has defied this decree.  The latest news at The Drone Media is that Bart Katureebe has openly refused this bail decree, saying it is violation of human rights.

This site is introducing another officer under arrest Lt. Kagina, a former SFC guard now charged with armed robberies, murder, espionage and extortion.

Lt. Kagina is one of General Kayihura’s trusted lieutenants, after being dropped by the CMI he was given an office at CPS work with Nickson. He continued calling himself a SFC attaché to Uganda Police and terrorised all police officers.

Kagina is a master at extortion and setting up innocent people of murder and violent crimes, these innocent victims were then tortured to confess and later extorted to cancel these confessions.

He is currently arrested and held in Makigye pending prosecution by the court martial.

The list is growing, I am reliably informed that Frank Mwesigwa’s father has been denied audience to the president. Anyone connected to crimes is not allowed to go near state house.
