Self-styled Pastor Abizayo alias Augustine Yiga of the Revival Church in Kawala, Kampala is reportedly  terribly sick. Sources in Kawala tell The Drone Media that the Abizayo is  admitted at St. Francis Hospital, Nsambya in a horrible condition.
Latest news coming through confirms how Kawaala based Revival Church proprietor, Pastor Abizayo collapsed twice before before he was rushed to Nsambya Hospital.
Another source intimated to The Drone Media that something very deadly was eating up his liver. The source wondered why a pastor who is supposed to be a teetotaler, would suffer from liver complications, which are associated with alcoholics!
According to one of the close sources from the Revival Church, Pastor Abizayo is reportedly suffering a cocktail of diseases that were awakened by the short stint the comedy pastor spent in the prison.
“In fact, the source said,  “the liver complication is one of the diseases disturbing Pastor Abizayo and he has been admitted at Nsambya Hospital for about a week now.”
Pastor Yiga, is well known for his comic summons, he is also one of the most controversial pastors in Uganda due to the drama that always surrounds him and his assembly of gullible Christians.
In April, 2020 Pastor Abizayo was denied court bail with claims that he could not prove he was sick. The controversial pastor had been sent to the newly constructed government prison, Kitalya over accusations of undermining government efforts in fighting coronavirus, exposing public to danger of laxity.
Police said the pastor uttered false information and spread harmful propaganda in relation to the deadly coronavirus (COVID-19).
Pastor Abizayo reportedly used his Television Station to tell the public that there was no coronavirus in Africa. He coined his argument on the fact that no single death had been declared in a number of African countries, yet in the west, nations that were battling the disease had lost lives in hundreds.
Lastly, Pastor Abizayo is accused of luring gullible Christians into his assembly, where he painfully sends them to poverty and death. He used to convince his victims that he would send back whatever was attacking them, thus the origin of his “Abizayo” name. He would ask in Luganda, “can I send them/it back? then the crowd would answer in chorus, ‘yes, send back!!!”
