Prof. Tom Wasswa shakes as Col. Nakalema bites harder

By Drone Reporter

Fresh news from Entebbe indicate that Professor Tom Wasswa of Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC)  who was last week detained over shh3 billion, has now developed diarrhea after learning that Col. Nakalema is deeply involved in the matter.

Prof. Wasswa is out on police bond over allegedly siphoning of  sh3 billion UPPC funds. The professor has reportedly sensed horrible consequences after Col Edith Nakalema advised President Museveni to decree the judiciary to stop games with the corrupt.

Prof. Wasswa and other officials at Electoral Commission and UPPC will soon pay for their alleged crime after anti corruption forces in the country discovered how hefty sums of the tax payers money was looted between the EC and UPPC.

Prof. Wasswa who slept in the coolers after being apprehended for allegedly siphoning sh3 billions is said to be low and literally nursing a running stomach according to a close relative.

” He is sick and down after  knowing that the president and his blue eyed Col Nakalema have done internal investigations, which left the professor literally naked,” said a friend.

This comes at a time when the government is moving to make it almost difficult for the corrupt to be granted court bail let alone playing games at court.

Recently, Col Nakalema was seen in sessions with the president driving around and later the president, sternly warned courts against giving bails to the corrupt.

Col Nakalema had always complained against courts which sometimes appear to water down her efforts to curb corruption by releasing those she arrests .

With new executive orders at courts, Col Nakalema has literally developed more poisonous fangs for the corrupt.
Meanwhile the EC Legal Head, Angeyo Jennifer is having sleepless nights after she too was cited in the UPPC  sh9 billion deal scandal which saw Prof. Wasswa arrested.

The lawyer allegedly got  sh600m ‘Cut’ as Prof. Wasswa, the Managing Director Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) was allegedly getting himself  sh3 billion as corporation money in guise of paying agents which is ironically unlawful to UPPC in practice.

Prof.Wasswa reportedly ‘brokered’ a sh9 billion printing deal from electoral commission to the corporation, to gazette for them (EC) the 2021-2026 electoral roadmap and the successfully elected political leaders from the 2021-2026 general elections.

Dr. Angeyo who allegedly shared well over sh599m is slated to be quizzed and possibly arrested any time she reports to CID headquarters, Kibuli where she has been summoned.

When contacted for a comment on the whole saga, Angeyo neither denied nor admitted the allegations. “I’m aware, we’re headed for statement recording soon at CID Headquarters Kibuli,” she responded, though didn’t give details when she would appear before the detectives.
