DJ Nimrod joins Taggy TV at a salary of sh9m

Kampala top DJ Nimrod has been hired by Tagy TV management to host Saturday super live entertainment show on it’s Kamwokya based station.
NIMROD starts work September, which is tomorrow (Wednesday ) as Tagy Television goes on air raising stiff competition among among existing television stations in Kampala.
TAGY TV is owned by Hajji Twaha who doubles as Pearl FM proprietor. Hajji Twaha bought off Record TV, one of the longest-serving TV stations from it’s Brazilian owners at the tune of shs1 billion.
Veteran radio presenter Herbie Kay has also been hired as the station manager. He is currently putting together a team that will commence work. According to Herbie Kay, fishing out a top Kampala DJ in the name of DJ Nimrod to host super Saturday live entertainment show; is a sign of foresighted success.
This entertainment show will host various celebrities, and emcees will boost the station as best commercial TV station in Kampala.
Asking Herbie Kay what attracted DJ Nimrod to Taggy Tv, Kay revealed that the salary package is huge; he actually whispered something in the range of sh9m.
