Hon Judith Babirye, did she go to parliament only to get a kid?

Hon Judith Babirye has represented her constituency ( Buikwe Constituency) for only one year, the rest of years, Omulongo Babirye was chasing the earthly pleasures.

Judith Babirye, who is a Ugandan gospel musician and politician; is also a senior pastor at “New Life Deliverance Church”, in Makindye Division, in the southeastern part of Kampala, Uganda’s capital city.  Surprisingly, she has twice married and failed the marriages.

The most devastating blunder that will haunt her for life; is the parliamentary kid, which she reportedly earned from a Fort Portal trip with one of the Workers’ MPs.  The parliamentary kid derailed her from her mission to represent Buikwe women and she has literally gone to Babylon never to return.

In an attempt to return from Babylon, Judith Babirye has written this: ” May God give you boldness where there has been fear and timidity (a lack of courage or confidence) right now in the name of Jesus! Tonight is the beginning of a new season of Trust and confidence in your life-I declare it! Amen.

Songstress Judith Babirye divorced her husband of 13 years, Samuel Niiwo about three years back.

The main reason she gave for the divorce was that Niiwo was violent and had been beating her. But speaking out to the media for the first time, Niiwo has denied the allegations, calling his ex-wife a liar.

“She told lies to the public about how I used to beat her, but I have never raised a hand to slap her. I respect women and I can never do that. If I was bad, why did Sebulime leave her?” Niiwo is quoted to have said in an interview with The New Vision.

He adds that Babirye lied and people will soon know who was in the wrong. “She lied, but people will soon know who was in wrong.”
