How Bobi Wine returned to Kirudu Hospital

Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine was set to board the next plane to the US for specialized treatment until Police received instructions from above to have him blocked and returned to Kirudu Hospital.

Meanwhile today, Monday 3 September 2018, Uganda Police Force completed preliminary investigations on Hon. Francis Zaake Mutebi, Member of Parliament, Mityana Municipality.

After fulfilling the requirements, Uganda Police Force has given Hon. Zaake Police bond and he is free to travel.

On Thursday 30 August 2018, Hon. Zaake escaped from Rubaga hospital and Police stopped him from leaving the country at Entebbe International Airport and he was referred to Mulago Hospital (Kiruddu) for medical examination as part of the investigations.

Police has been investigating a number of cases as a result of the Arua Municipality by-election incident.

The offences include treason, assault and malicious damage.

In other news, all was set for legislator Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine to board the next plane to the US for specialized treatment until Police received instructions from above to have him blocked and returned to Kirudu Hospital.

Although Bobi Wine had received clearance  from the court to travel and a medical report from Lubaga Hospital recommending urgent medical treatment abroad, the Police didn’t hesitate blocking his scheduled flight and whisked him to Kirudu Hospital.

According to Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Kyagulanyi, the ailing legislator was again brutally beaten in front of a government doctor. ’’He told me that as soon as they closed the ambulance doors, he was again brutally beaten in front of a government doctor. They switched off the lights in the ambulance and started battering him! Bobi is now back in pain and he is dumped at Kirudu hospital. He has missed his flight and time is running out’’ Barbie posted on her Facebook page.
