It is not a joke Mohan Kiwanuka has a mental problem_Doctors confirmed.

Doctors in the UK and India confirmed Mr. Mohan Kiwanuka has a mental problem.

The Drone Media can authoritatively write that Mr. Kiwanuka does not take any firm decision because he loses memory every now and then.

According to Dr.Farooq Maniyar, a consultant neurologist & honorary Senior clinical lecturer, who Mr. Mohan Kiwanuka visited on 18th May, 2017 at Nulfield Health on 29_41 Queen Anne Street, London, the man’s cognition is biserk.

“The gentleman’s Addenbrooke’s cognitive evaluation score (ACE-R) was 77. One needs to point out that English is a second language and therefore some of the estimation may not have been accurate,” the London health document, states.

The document further explains that he has a degree in law and graduated with honours. He lost 2 marks for orientation, 3 marks for recall, 7 marks for verbal fluency, 6 marks for language-naming, 3 marks for language-comprehension, 1 mark for visual spatial ability.

Another document from The City if London Medical Centre, states that Mohan Kiwanuka at 66 years of age had a problem of cognition.

The document stated that his wife first noticed this condition when the two were visiting their son for his graduation in the US. That for some reason he asked where he was and was a bit confused about it. Since then his wife he has a gradually worsening memory.

According to the London Medical Centre document, Mr. Kiwanuka forgets so easily. He cannot remember where he has put things and he has to use a diary on which he is quite dependent, but he still continues to work.

Surprisingly, Mr. Kiwanuka says Jordan Ssebuliba Kiwanuka is not his biological son, yet in 2012 he wrote a letter to the Visa section of the Embassy of South Africa, Kampala, stating that the applicant was his biological son.

Mr.Kiwanuka also wrote to the Visa section of the British High Commission, Kampala in June, 2014 in support of applicant Mrs. Beatrice Luyiga Kavuma Kiwanuka, passport no. B109912.

Mrs. Kiwanuka declared in a letter that Beatrice Kiwanuka was his wife. He also stated that the wife and him planned to travel to the United Kingdom between August 06, 2014 to August 12, 2014 for holiday.
