Middle East Consultants try more cheating tricks

Disgraced Labour Export company Middle East Consultants, whose defamation case was September 18, 2019 dismissed in court have, by tricks, reinstated it against the Drone Media Journalist Pidson Kareire.

What is strange is that the reinstatement date is September 19, 2019, just one day after the ruling by Magistrate Okumu Muwonge.

According to the order, it says the September 18, 2019 ruling which dismissed the case be set aside. And the case be reinstated and the costs be provided for the application be provided and paid by journalist Pidson Kareire. Mother of tricks unlished here!

The Drone Editor faces charges of defamation, Offensive Communication and Computer Misuse .

Mike Ochan, a journalist says, “They want to punish him for blowing their cover and exposing their tricks. They had been dealing in slave trade unnoticed and he brought it to the surface, some of them were even arrested for the same vice.”

He adds, “The journalist will again win the case. He needs the support of everybody because he did his professional work to expose these barbaric fools dealing in human trafficking and modern slave trade.”

Middle East Consultants Managers were recently arrested on orders of State House Anti – Corruption unit and charged with forgery, extortion, human trafficking and obtaining money by false pretence.

The following day several victims stormed Middle East Consultants offices demanding for their money and the Managers promised to refund the money.

Bukedde journalist Innocent Tegusulwa popularly known as ,” big pig” ” ,Toli mwavu mutwe gwo gwe mwavu”, who had since dissappeared from the company programmes in TV has resurfaced this week.

Last year Middle East Consultants were accused of extorting money from over 600 medical workers, mainly nurses with promises of lucrative jobs in Libya.

Other dubious schemes involved Middle East Consultants advertising non – existent jobs in Canada, and thereby duping and extorting money from unsuspecting disgruntled unemployed youth.

The Drone Editor Pidson Kareire said Middle East Consultants must prove the allegations as untrue, baseless and unfounded, and also show that they have credibility and image , to be defamed.

The case is now slated for October 31, 2919 at Makindye Magistrate Court.
