Mulago Doctor went missing

Police in Old Kampala are looking for a Mulago Hospital Doctor, Nakanjako Winfred who disappeared from her home at Kinonya zone Masanafu Lubya parish Rubaga Division in Kampala district.
It alleged that on the 01/02/2023 at 1330 hours one Nakanjako Winfred aged 28 years went missing from her home in Masanafu.
According to SSP Patrick Onyango, Nakanjako is a Medical Doctor working with Mulago hospital. She was last seen in Kasubi around traffic lights and later disappeared to unknown area , efforts to trace for her is on going. Intelligence remains on ground monitoring.
Police is appealing to members of the public not to harm her in case she is seen anywhere, the public should instead, inform the nearest police or local authority or call 0787311679, 0707600773, 0800199699 .
Old Kampala police said “Please note that there is no minimum waiting period (such as 24 hours) before reporting the disappearance of a child or any adult. When a person goes missing it is essential that the circumstances be properly evaluated to determine the correct coordinated response.” Dr. Nakanjako is the wife of Dr. Henry Ssemwanga, with whom they have one daughter.
Was she merely kidnapped from her home by unknown intruders, or does she have a mental illness? Be specific when reporting something because it appears the woman is insane when you state that we should not harm her.
Opinion
If a 28-year-old woman goes missing, stop worrying about her if she is in excellent mental health. She is in the right location with the appropriate people, and you should not have promised the public that she will return safely unless she is mentally disturbed. She was crying for a grown-up who had left the house. Is there any information you’re keeping from the public that you discovered just yesterday afternoon? Why do you believe the general population can hurt her? I don’t get the panic.
