Non of you is clean Kadaga tells Parliament

Former speaker of parliament has come out to defend her long time rival mp of Bukono Hon Persis Namuganza on accusations of lack of respect to the house of legislators and the speaker of parliament.

Rt.Hon. Kadaga has suggested that Hon Persis Namuganza needs time and the house should not be so biased against one person. Many of you have misused your offices in corruption scandals and you have reigned the treasury of our nation but no one has come out to call for your censorship.

Hon Namugaza might not be so clean but we all fall in the same cup. So her ministerial post shld be restored and also protected.

Rt. Hon Among was recently accused of bribery of MPs as they go along with their duties. One MP from NUP returned the money in cash to the speaker’s chambers only to be threatened by security forces attached to the speaker.

In the same vein, Speaker spearheaded the censure of Hon. Zake from Parliamentary commission over petty issues, though, the allegations centered on misconduct! Hon. Ssenyonyi’s job is on the line, by and large due to Uganda Airlines investigation report.

Surely, do we need a speaker, who’s preoccupied by personal issues and fights!! This time NRM CEC didn’t do a good job in candidate/ cadre identification and placement.

,The biggest blunder ever committed by parliament was the removal of the strongest safeguard (term limits) from the 1995 constitution, which opened the Pandora’s box, hence entrenching the state capture by the deep state! All other problems we are experiencing today are a direct consequence of state capture.
