Bobi Wine and one journalist arrested over illegal demonstration

Kyadondo East MP ,Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine and at least 3 others including journalist Raymond Mujuni have been arrested by police for holding a demonstration against Social Media  and Mobile Money Tax .

It is clear that this demo aborted. Bobi wine and other misguided boys had prayed for arrest so that it could carry some milligrams of news weight. Fortunately, the Grace of the Lord delivered his prayer request. He was arrested and taken to police custody; he has got accountability of the funds given to him by funders.

This is misleading and dishonest. Someone gets funds from wicked people of the world, he or she enrich themselves but they always lure gullible Ugandans who fall into fathom ditches.

This site has been informed that the gullible youth who rioted during the Ssebanyara and other consequent riots are still in prisons and no Buganda or opposition official has ever gone to visit or help them.

The above example serves better for other Ugandans who sheepishly follow self-centred politicians. The failure of Bibi Wine’s demonstration shows that the tax caused emotional impact, but it did not affect their earning.

Besides, Bobi Wine did not do research he just based his thoughts on Facebook and other social media channels.

Unfortunately, the Facebook members are always engaged in pleasure hunting. They cannot give you the realities if nature. They pretend to be what they are are not. Actually, one member suggested that they should be charged with obtaining money or object by false pretence.

One trader who talked to snoops of this site said, ” a serious person will never join Ugandan politicians to riot/ demonstrate. They are looking for cheap popularity.”

Whatever it is, but city demos are hazardous and a waste. Politicians should not take Ugandans for a ride. Why lure people to do something that will not yield anything?
