The Cooper Motor Corporation CMC is  expanding Aftersales Regional Network. In order to strengthen its aftersales footprint across the country and also cater for the emerging needs of its customers, the Cooper Motor Corporation (CMC) is set to launch new service centres.

The new service outlets, which will be located in Hoima, Masindi, Kasese, Fort Portal, Mbarara, Lira, Arua, Gulu, Iganga and Mbale, will offer general car repair and maintainance  services. “After-sales service availability is a critical deciding factor while  choosing a car. We intend to open up service centres in almost all regional cities and towns by the end of the year.

With many service centres across the country, we will be able to catger for all our customers spread across the different regions. It will mean great reach, quicker and convenient repairs ,” CMC Country Manager, Mark Davidson said.

For years, CMC has evolved to turn around service delivery to all her clients. CMC offers sales, service and spares support to all customers. Urban customers, with increasing regularity, are demanding an improvement in services offered by automobile  companies. Companies themselves are aware of this changing trend, with a consumers’ loyalty proportionate to the quality of  after-sales service.

“We have continually reinvented ourselves. We see ourselves in the business of building long term relationships and brand loyalty. The important thing to us is to keep looking at external changes in the marketplace and responding to these changes appropriately while continuing to retain our values, which have been our beacon over the years,” Ivan Kato, the acting  Marketing Coordinator said.

CMC Service Manager, Samuel Ssenvuumo says the service centres will offer customers  general vehicle maintenance, express repairs, battery replacement among other services. “Due to the growing  customers, countrywide, some clients have been travelling from as far as Arua to service their cars at the CMC
headquarters in Nakawa.

Apart from being time consuming, it is also costly and involves a lot of risks. That is why we thought
of taking services closer to our customers,” Ssenvuumo said adding that the service centres will also be furnished with spare parts for all CMC brands i.e Ford, Suzuki, Mazda, New Holland tractors and Eicher.
