Kampala is to be burned down using explosives

There is tension between Uganda and Rwanda over a highly sensitive intelligence report that circulated in the international intelligence world originating from Nairobi.

This report has names of targets of Ugandan Politicians who are candidates of assassinations around the world, also on the report is a high sensitive mission to burn down Kampala using explosives.

According to this intelligence some social media informant is to be assassinated at an event organized in Europe, and the blame be put on Uganda since the mission is to be completed by a Ugandan.

French Intelligence has moved to alert all European states of the dangers involved in allowing DMI operate freely in Europe.

A Rwandan Newspaper has already prepared an article about the death of the social media informant.

Rwandan News websites allege that Uganda supports RNC Rebels who they call terrorists operating with bases in Uganda, Burundi and DRC.

The latest from “The EastAfrican Watch” a Rwandan website is that President Museveni and General Saleh have been meeting Rwandan Rebels in Kampala, that these Rebels are provided with heavy security and treated as VIPs, these allegations are clear motive that Rwanda has been funding assassinations in Uganda in retaliation to there allegations that Museveni supports Rwandan Rebels.

Information from French intelligence shows that a wave of bombs will be going off in Kampala planted by Somali nationals with Kenyan passports.

The document further claims that a senior external security chief belonging to Rwanda spent three weeks in Nairobi between August and September trying to negotiate a deal with Somalian immigrants in how they can effectively burn down Kampala.

It remains unclear if Ugandan Security has acted to this report or not but there is more reason to believe that the Ugandan side will take steps to counter Rwanda’s aggression. This information will be an eye opener and will clear away laxity in security.
