LOCUSTS’ LIES PARALYZE UGANDA

As locusts lies make rounds in Kampala, Uganda is losing billions of tax payers money.  Last month, January, 2020; entomologists in the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry predicted that the wild insects which were in Kenya were likely to enter Uganda.

This prediction was a blessing in disguise to the thieves in Uganda’s coffers. The thieves stage-managed a well-orchestrated project, and claimed sh22 billions in parts: sh15 billions and sh7 billions. Immediately the money was released lies about presence of locusts started flying.

A Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) reporter who claimed was in Kalamoja, fueled the lies of Uganda’s broad day robbers.  He got Kenyan video clips and voiced over them as if he was in the field. Some businessmen in Kiseka Market said that Aguta (UBC reporter) was in Mutajazi, Kibuli.

Surprisingly, Don Wanyama, President Yoweri Museveni’s spokesman, referred to a report by Aguta Phillip as a credible report. The clip which Don Wanyama referred to had a box of locusts. “The truth is there are no locusts. These guys are now building houses in Kololo out of this money,” Muzamiru Kimbowa, a vigilante at Kiseka Market said.

Aguta Phillip said that wherever he would reach in eastern Uganda, they would tell him they were here but have gone. He failed to confirm and provide evidence whether there were locusts in Uganda.

On Sunday a helicopter was seen loading boxes of pesticides at Serena Kampala Hotel, with a one Dr. Byamugisha. Now, the field officers in Kalamoja say they never saw the helicopter. Some people claim the helicopter carried money from Serena Hotel Kampala.

The Drone Media has gathered that the billions of monies were released without following the normal procedures. “It was done in a rush,” a reliable source intimated. Officials who drew money from government schemed. There are no locusts in Uganda.  Nobody can provide evidence; there are many people with phone camera, but nobody apart from Aguta, has posted a credible photo of locusts.
