Mityana District Chairperson sprayed

Tension has heightened between the Mityana District Chairperson-Patrick Mugisha Nshiimye and the RDC-Aharikundira Africano following sequential life threatening innuendos by this presidential appointee to the Mityana District elected top leader.

Africano, who has always channelled his strongly worded warnings through Mugisha’s political subbordinates, had today given orders to the deployed police staff at Bekiina to “either arrest or cause bodly harm to the district chairperson”

During the ensuing scuffle at Bekiina where the District Women’s Day Celebrations were to be held, an arrogant police officer shouted at Mugisha that they had full orders to arrest or shoot at him before he pepper sprayed him in eyes at close range.
” we have full orders by the RDC to either arrest or shoot at you,” one of the trigger happy goons shouted as he pointed at Mugisha.

The chairperson didnot take such utterances for granted because atleast the RDC has always wired related messages to him through the Mayor, Mityana Municipality and the District Council Speaker

Additionally, “intelligence briefings from inner police circles kept warning me off the ill plans on my dear life by Mr.Aharikundira if l dared go to Bekiina” a fuming Mugisha added.

Mugisha and Aharikundira fell out a month or two back when Mugisha faulted Aharikundira for causing, fueling, and mismanaging land conflicts in Mityana since his deployment as the RDC in Mityana.

Mugisha, who took an oath to protect the welfare of the residents, was quick to respond to the unprecedent land maneouvers and thuggery by the RDC by hiring a standby five man team of lawyers to counteract inconsistencies by Mr.AFricano

To that, Mugisha adds a three fold strategy he is yet to put across in a presser on how to guard his life against a ready to kill-Africano.
