Musicians in Uganda are non-essential they should not make noise for special treatment

It is high time musicians in Uganda knew that they are non essential and, in effect they stop making noise. In simple words, how much tax has a single high tax-payer musician paid. No musician pays more than sh 150 millions.
We have always seen them pulling ropes with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) law enforcement officers. Therefore, no moral authority to claim for this special treatment.
Musicians in Uganda are not rich and special. They have been allowed to exist because the country lacks best alternatives, but they are not indispensable. Besides, why claim special treatment yet their claim to fame is a result of failed copyright law. They steal old-school rhymes which they play with in digital studios thus basking in limelight.
Our musicians should know that we get free music from birds every morning. The birds make a musical sound. They actually cheep/chirp; shriek/cry very loud with piercing sound and some hoot with a deep sound especially an owl. Therefore, musicians are not the only living creatures that sing. If you want to be recognized especially, let your tax remittance portray it.
Eddy Kenzo and his cohorts have been making noise, saying mbu whenever he travels, he brings the money home and it is all spent and invested in Uganda. They claim he contributes to the economy of the country.
You see before you contribute to the economy, you make a private contribution, which will help you in times of trouble. That means, he can charter a plane if he wants to fly back to Uganda; he should not beg the government because his contribution to the economy is negligent.
Mbu whenever Eddy Kenzo holds an Event/concert many sectors get business i.e, TVs, Radios, City Councils, Events Companies, Events Producers, Sound engineers, Dancers, Makeup artists, boda bodas, deco companies, Ushering companies, Security clearances, Newspapers, Graphics Designers, outdoor advertising screens, ticketing companies, vendors DJs etc. Let him ask such beneficiaries to rescue him.
Eddy Kenzo can stay safely wherever he is until COVID-19 is contained. Why is he rushing to come back? No concerts, not partying no thing. Is he rushing to resume his bickering with Muzata or the husband of his ex-girlfriend?
