Sipapa arrested by traffic police

Self_styled city socialite Charles Oryem aka Sipapa has been arrested by traffic police. 

Sipapa reportedly committed a traffic offence and like most showbiz fellows he thought he was above the law but the officer on duty told him that he was not.

Recently, Sipapa was locked in domestic problems and was sought by police on different offences. Previously, Sipapa developed misunderstanding with Champion hit maker Jose Chameleons but he lost the game!
