State is me, I am the State

You have probably heard of statements like, “State is me, I am the State.” Unfortunately, such authors never live up to the life span of the same.

There is an infamous criminal police officer, who reportedly tortured Ugandans, claiming he was the State and that the State was he, can you imagine such idiocy! God never take bribes; the idiot is now in a wilderness.

This shows that the criminal officer was not what he claimed. In simple terms it refers to interests of a nation (people), yet individuals in Uganda have personalized it. If someone wants to steal, he or she will claim the same in the interest of such; it is pathetic! It is scaring; it causes desperacy!

This word or term has been abused in Uganda.  Human Rights are violated in the name of the state.  By the look of things, it seems this term in Uganda signifies authority/power of an individual, who is not answerable to any other authority.  It is scaring; this feeling has brought in terror among Ugandans; people live in fear. They no longer trust any authority/leaders as their protector ; they instead think they are here to torture them.

Well, under normal circumstances, a state is  described as a form of human association distinguished from other social groups by its purpose; the establishment of order and security;  its methods, the laws and their enforcement.

Therefore, individuals who claim to be state are scammers; they await the anger of God, for He says, ” For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.” Obadiah 1:15

This fallacy about the state power has shown that politics in Uganda is not about management, but a hoodwinking gimmick.  Politicians fabricate lies. They rob Ugandans.
