Another woman abducted from city suburb
A family is living in fear after their daughter was abducted by mean looking men thought to be security agents one week ago. Miss Jacquline Mutonyi 29, a saloon attendant at Kungu town, Kira Municipality in Wakiso was last Wednesday afternoon abducted from her saloon in Kungu.
The abductors traveling in a saloon car with unknown registration number plates first called her mobile phone using an Air tel number 0755 554014 to track the victim before disappearing with her.
Mr Richard Nsenga the paternal uncle to Miss Mutonyi told this website that they only learnt of their daughter’s abduction through a friend whom she called at the last hour after sensing danger given the way the abductors were calling her phone.
He said her daughter would later call her friend when they were grabbing her and the friend is said to have heard some scuffle .
“We are concerned that after all this long we have failed to find where they took her. We have even opened up a police case of abduction at Kira Police Station vide CRB REF 41/17/06/19,” Said Mr Nsenga.
The family told this reporter that they have visited several police installations in the locality and around the city but have been unable to find her. This comes at a time when several women have been abducted and ended up being killed .
