Know why Irene Mulyagonja is under fire

The days of the current IGG Ms Irene Mulyagonja may be numbered following a missive from whistle blowers calling for her sucking.
Mulyagonja’s face before the president today is damaged following her nagging ways of doing work, forcing the president to name alternative offices to fight graft.
Ugandans are fed up with the corruption in the former pearl of Africa; some of them have sent the president hot reports accusing Mulyagonja of dining with the corrupt.
Mbu she is currently overhauling her Kololo based home into a five star house/ hotel .

RE; WHISTLE BLOWER’S PETITION FOR REMOVAL AND PROSECUTION OF THE INSPECTOR
GENERAL OF GOVERNMENT, IRENE MULYAGONJA OVER INCOMPETENCE, CORRUPTION AND
TRIBALISM :
In pursuit of the UGANDA WHISTLE BLOWERS PROTECTION ACT 20 10, the concerned citizens write to bring to the attention of His Excellency the gross acts of corruption, incompetence, abuse of office, nepotism and tribalism being manifested by the current Inspector General of Government – Irene
Mulyagonja.
Whereas the office of the IGG exists to protect the public against corrupt officials and whereas
it is the duty of the IGG to investigate and prosecute corrupt public officials, the office holder
Irene Mulyagonja has not only proved incompetent, but has joined the thieves in a spree.
There have been many cases brought to the attention of Ms Irene Mulyagonja, and she has chosen to suffocate investigations and prosecution out of fear of the well connected thieves, or out of shear incompetence and compromise and or out of tribal considerations.
There are three cases in view that can provide basis for the indictment and removal of the Inspector general of Government from Office:
Case one; GODFREY BANGIRANA , the current AIGP of Police in charge of Logistics and Engineering is building a house for Irene Mulyagonja in Ridge Way street Kololo.
Following several petitions to Irene Mulyagonja calling for investigations and prosecution
GODFREY BANGIRANA, the current AIGP of Police in charge of Logistics and Engineering, bordering on the following:
1. Gross procurement flaws in the Uganda Police e.g selective payment of suppliers to Police on consideration of companies owned by Bangirana , his relatives and friends.
2. Corruption in the acquisition of Police senior staff and command college in Bwebajja and purchase for Katumba Birungi school in Wakiso
3. Inflated cost for repair of the Police junk helicopter at tune of 10BN
4. Inflated cost for the construction of Natete Police station at tune of 100 BN
5. Accumulation of 100Bn debt owed by Police to suppliers
6. 600Bn loss in fuel scam linked to MPs and other civilians
7. The 200 BN un accounted accumulation of wealth in land and other properties in Kampala, Nairobi, Dubai, South Africa by Godfrey Bangirana
8. sh 300m bribe by Bangirana to the Parliamentary committee on Defense and Internal
affairs, handed over to Hon Nabakooba and Hon Muwanga Kivumbi to distribute to other committee members to stop any investigations into Police procurement.
IGG Irene Mulyagonja out of incompetence has failed to bring Bangirana to book. She failed to
call for a Declaration of wealth and source of funds to Bangirana’s stinking wealth.
Bangirana brags that he has compromised the IGG and indeed out of the blue, IGG Mulyagonja
woke up one morning, demolished her old house in Ridgeway Kololo and immediately started
constructing a new private Palace.
It has been established that a deal was reached between the IGG and Bangirana that instead of
bribing her with cash, Bangirana will find a contractor and fund the construction of the new
private palace for IGG Irene Mulyagonja now under construction on Ridgeway Street – Kololo.
Your Excellency, you sent IGG Mulyagonja to chase and catch the thieves but instead, she has
caught up with the thieves and started to wine and dine with them.
Case Two: Joseph Muvawala, Executive Director National Planning Authority compromised

Joseph Muvawala, Executive Director of the National Planning Authority and Busoga Kingdom
Premier, has compromised the IGG following several petitions over the following acts of
corruption:
1. While commissioner in charge of Universal primary education (UPE) Muvawala
presided over mass theft of public resources. Using stolen monies, he constructed a
Palace in Kira, several apartment blocks in Nalya, Kiwatule and Jinja.
2. Muvawala has been making false annual declaration of assets
3. Muvawala is presiding over mass thieving at the National Planning Authority
Mulyagonja being a fellow Musoga, has refused to investigate any petitions about Muvawala, in
fact it is rumored they enjoy an intimate relationship.
Case Three. Martin Bamulumbye , commissioner in Ministry of Finance compromised Irene
Mulyagonja.
Martin Bamulumbye, a Commissioner in Ministry of Finance, has been accumulating obscene
wealth at a pace faster than a jaguar.
He has built several apartments in Bunga, Namugongo, Kira and Jinja. He has married off
several women enjoying this ill gotten wealth.
All petitions about Bamulumbye to the IGG have been frozen for reason that they hail from the
same clan in Busoga.
Case four: Mulyagonja is filling the Inspectorate with clansmen and tribesmen:
Your Excellency, over the years, the IGG has proved incompetent and unable to investigate and
prosecute the corrupt.
Part of the reason is she has filled the Inspectorate with Basoga clansmen. Recruitment in an institution such as the IGG cannot be based on nepotism rather
than professionalism.
The President appoints the Anti Corruption Unit in state House:
Your Excellency , your act of appointing an Anti Corruption unit in the state house headed by
James Tweheyo is in itself act of frustration and loss of confidence in the office of the IGG.
Call for the interdiction and prosecution of Irene Mulyagonja:
Your Excellency, the concerned citizens are calling for the interdiction and or removal and final
prosecution of IGG Irene Mulyagonja.
With this and more evidence soon propping up, Irene Mulyagonja, should save face and tender
in her resignation or risk further embarrassment.
Your Excellency, we call that you cause an investigation into the running of the office of the
IGG.
It is time the investigator is investigated.
