Balaam woos People Power Agents in Canada

Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has exported his orange T-shirt to Toroto, Canada. The events promoter, who is currently in Canada on clandestine business, has made sure that his trademark Orange T-shirt is exposed to Canadians as well as Ugandans in Canada.

However, while Balaam met the Ugandans in Diaspora; he was put on tenterhooks; he had to wear NRM yellow sweater because his was flaunting NRM Agenda to Ugandans in overseas.  He was seen with Jose Chameleone’s Overseas Manager, Fred Kinene alias Zink.

Balaam also met Uganda’s High Commissioner to Canada and actually confirmed by his tweet, “Having good moment with our hardworking Uganda’s High Commissioner to Canada Her Excellency Ambassador Joy Ruth Acheng on our independence Celebration in Toronto.” 

The Drone Media has gathered that Balaam is Canada to beguile frustrated Ugandans there to come back and join NRM.  For accountability purposes; Balaam had to tweet each and every activity to his bosses back home.

In another tweet, Balaam posted, “Celebrating Independence with our High Commissioner to Canada Her Excellency Ambassador Joy Ruth Acheng & People power’s Samuel Kisitu in Toronto.”
