British parliament to recolonize Uganda

By Eng. Tom Isingoma Mwesiga,

1. I am going to help you and write this letter in English because all of you can’t read and understand Runyankore, therefore bare with me if there are some grammatical errors.

2. On 8th January, 2019 you are expected to discuss *democracy in Uganda* where I am informed that one of the Ugandan opposition members of Parliament who has been on treason charges for stoning the presidential convoy shall attend to share with you on the subject matter as a victim.

3. Previously, I read your (similar imperialists) resolution on the Arua incident and other surveys, reports and all sorts of your imperial trash that you have been doing to African countries.

3. This Dr. Paul Williams from the loser side-the Labour Party, in support with other 20 imperialists have moved this provocative motion to the House of Commons for parliamentary debate.

4. I wish to clearly inform you people that Uganda is a sovereign country that got independence on 9th October 1962, is a UN and AU member state and therefore deserves respect as a country that has her own methods of work.

5. Uganda is not a subject to the British government and therefore doesn’t need your attention on how to govern herself, you should have respect for the people and the government of the Republic of Uganda.

6. Occasionally, you imperialists have been poking your dirty noses into the affairs of African countries and it’s high time you focused on your affairs because we are not your children neither are you responsible for our wellbeing. Since when did the British have mandate to discuss on how Africa should solve her problems, isn’t this a provocation to the independence of Uganda?

7. I am tired of this nuisance the so called democracy of yours which is just a system to manipulate our social values and dignity. What is democracy where a country influences another country? Has UK allowed people of Mauritius their sovereign powers to the occupation of their own land in the Chargos archipelago? If shamelessly UK can lease an African land to the US, how should you utter this venom of the so called human rights and democracy?

8. In the Arua incident, the opposition stoned the presidential car, you used deception and later blamed the government for putting the criminals into custody and beating them. Is this treason a fair action according to you? If the convoy of PM May or the Queen is stoned by those rioting for selfish gains, what would you do to them? Or in Africa we should not bother acting in the context outside your agreement?

9. Until you stopped supporting these traitors for your selfish divide and rule policy, the authorities shall not stop handling them as the law dictates.

10. Dr. Paul Williams, have you forgotten that Stockton South has issues that need to be represented? Have you ignored that UK is suffering from; weak productivity growth, low business investment, structural unemployment, structural trade deficit, monopoly power in utilities such as gas and electricity, under funding of public services and so many issues worth debating apart from rushing to Uganda’s internal issues? Did Ugandans vote you into office or the people of Stockton South?

11. I warn you people that you should respect international relations and diplomacy. Putting affairs of Uganda into your parliament without our permission or consultation or representation is an attack on the sovereignty of Uganda. You should understand that we are not your colony and therefore stop that familiarity and supremacy, remember we are not an inferior country by all means whatsoever and shall never be your subjects.

12. If you are democratic, why are you in monarchy under the queen? Have you ever heard Uganda questioning you over this? By the way, has UK ever apologised and pleaded guilty for the atrocities done during colonial years in Uganda and other former colonies? Have you respected the human rights of the people in Mauritius? Please respect Uganda, we have other important issues to focus on, don’t be our burden.

13. The future of Uganda and Africa lies on the foundation we shall lay today, like our ancestors have been doing, therefore by all means whatsoever, we shall not accept any more foreign divergences. Gradually we shall shield our sovereignty from external beasts to zero disturbance.
