BOU Governor spills COSASE secretes

Every evening, Abudu Katuntu the COSASE boss leading the BOU probe hangs out with the BOU governor Tumusime Mutebile at the exclusive Kampala club a VIP joint where politicians and business men hang out and plot how to grab government deals for themselves.

Katuntu and Mutebile are close solid friends and Katuntu is the secret legal and political counsel for Mutebile on matters relating to business between BOU and Parliament frictions.

Every evening, Katuntu drinking beer and Mutebile whiskey sit together and dialogue politics and state business.

In the beginning Mutebile had refused to come for interrogations in Parliament, but Katuntu secretly counseled him that it would be a PRO disaster for BOU and cabinet if Mutebile dishonoured Parliament.

Katuntu reportedly told Mutebile to attend the BOU probe and stay humble, be silent, then Katuntu would protect him by asking him simple questions with answers already secretly given to him by Katuntu.

For this Mutebile allegedly gave Katuntu 600 million to blind COSASE members.

COSASE opposition members refused to be soft on Mutebile because they wanted him jailed.

The opposition chief whip Semujju Nganda learning of this secret cover up for Mutebile by his friend Katuntu jumped in flames and insisted that Katuntu should hand over the probe committee to Munyagwa who won’t be soft on Mutebile.

It is again alleged thst higher authorities immediately ordered Kadaga to do whatever it takes to ensure that Mutebile’s soft boy Katuntu finishes the BOU probe.

As it is, there is too much politicking in this BOU probe. First of all, who eavesdropped Mutebile-Katuntu agreement/conversation? If someone heard their conversation, where is evidence that money exchanged hands?

What is known, is that too much money was blown through the defunct Crane Bank, and the thieves in Crane Bank are looking for a legal ground to escape the prison.
