FDC’s Winnie Kiiza sent to Hague but went to Washington DC

Information from the blue office shows that there is an eruption between Kiiza Besigye and group vs Winnie Kiiza and Gen. Mugisha Muntu.

Apparently, Kiiza Besigye had sent Winnie Kiiza to the ICC office in Hague to make a follow up on Kasese shooting case but they are wondering how she ended up in Washington DC in Bobi Wine’s Company.

Its believed that Gen. Mugisha Muntu and Winnie Kiiza are in conspiracy to ditch FDC and fall into ‘People  Power’ trap.

Muntu used backdoor to send Winnie to Washington so as she could spend enough time in discussion with Bobi Wine.

Similar stories are coming in from other sources claiming that intimacy played the role. The sources say:

“As you know Kiiza Besigye is a jealous guy when it comes to his FDC birds, he is worried Bobi could have started seeing Winnie’s juicy eclipse.”

Winnie might face an exit very soon unless she confesses to Besigye.  Now she has started concocting stories.

Since Friday she has been claiming soldiers were at his home.

A concerned citizen says, “Let Winnie send us the pics of the soldiers she alleged at her residence in Kasese.”

Now police has written this clarification:

The Uganda Police Force received allegations of armed people in the home of Mr. Bihande, husband to Hon. Winnie Kiiza, former LoP.

This was Friday September 21, 2018. The Regional Police Command, Rwenzori East quickly responded and visited the home. Unfortunately, Mr. Bihande who was reported in the house. Last evening, Sunday September 23rd, 2018, similar allegations were made by Hon. Winnie Kiiza, alleging military presence at their home.

Again, the police rushed there and found no military presence there. There was no one home.
The Regional police headquarters called Mr. Bihande and he declined to speak to the police done earlier.
This left police doubting the authenticity of the allegations.

We spoke with some domestic workers and neighbors about these issues and they denied knowledge of any military presence. As a result, we have taken a stand to open a General Enquiry File (GEF) to investigate these allegations.

Its being handled by the regional team at Rwenzori East. Leaders, must at all times cooperate with security agencies to solve matters that bring about insecurity.
