Greedy security operatives have a hand in killing Ugandans

My experience as a senior journalist; snooping and investigating, gives me confidence to write this which will help Uganda, Ugandans and President Museveni.

This is because it will act as a warning. First of all the people involved in killing Ugandans, do it with easy because they bribe their way through.

It is done in the same way the rebels of 1980s used to do it. During that time the soldiers were crying, “gana, gana,” meaning kikumi kikumi (one hundred, one hundred), and the moment it would be paid the rebels would pass by the road block with whatever illegal item they were carrying.

Back to today’s killing, the security operatives love money and the rebels of today(terrorists) have money, which they use to smoothen and carry out their operations with easy.

These killers work hand in hand with security operatives because they share the money released by funders. This is what makes the public believe the government has a hand in killing the people who die at the mercy of these terrorists.

Most of these people have been killed over money. Some failed to honour agreements while others obstructed some deals that involved billions. This prompted security operatives to contact former ADF fighters who boast of killing tactics, and indeed help them execute their missions.

This website had an opportunity of talking to members who claimed were members of “Kampala Mobile Killers,” some of whom were in Luzira Prisons while others in Kigo Prisons.

The Kampala Mobile Killers, claimed were trained under ADF ( Allied Democratic Force), but distributed themselves in the city to do this business of killing. They informed this website that sometimes they work with security agencies to execute their duties.

Therefore, it is against this background that one can confidently say that the greedy security operatives will accept the money to assassinate the top bosses.
