Has Kabaka of Buganda returned since he missed Masaza Cup tournament?

At the beginning of this month the Katikiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga told Ugandans that the Kabaka could not go to the Clan- Tournament; Masaza-Cup Finals because of commitments. The Katikilo and many other self-important people in Buganda, claimed that Kabaka had gone to meet some people that is why he did not watch the the Masaza- Cup finals.
Previously, Kabaka Mutebi had reportedly gone to visit Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta, a development that further dispelled allegations that he was dead.
“President Uhuru Kenyatta, who reportedly hosted him at State House, Nairobi later tweeted. The two held talks with the Kabaka of the Buganda Kingdom; Ronald Edward Frederick Kimera Muwenda Mutebi II had paid him a visit,” a tweet from State Kenya reads in part.
The Drone Media recently published a story quoting Katikilo Mayiga, but up to now no clear answer has ever been given and the whereabouts of the Kabaka, is just a rumour. Has Empologoma of Buganda returned or is still in Kenya?
