The last confession of late ASP Muhammad Kirumira is as scary as it comes. The fallen police officer reportedly pointed fingers on “CP Frank Mwesigwa and a one COL. Musherure.
Kirumira intimated to his buddies that the two were hunting him from wherever he would be deployed.
Unfortunately, the gallant officer who told his friends that he did not fear death threats, was eventually gunned down in Saturday evening, September 8, 2018, at Bulenga.
“There are majorly 4 mafias in the police force that have made life very difficult for me , every police station I get attached to , I find they have already laid traps and spies in my assignments , including black mailing me in all corners of the police administration plus fabricating false accusations and evidence against me in front of my bosses,” late Kirunira told his friends.
Kirumira said that this police mafia gang of 4 Col. Musherure an SFG police attachee , CP. Frank Mwesigwa , Kitaganda Nickson and Lt. Kagina went to the President with a big file claiming that it contained all the documented evidence pinning his crimes in the police force and that he should be dismissed with shame from the police force.

According to late Kirumira the President responded that his methodology of handling such cases , he couldn’t condemn and fire Kirumira without first listening to the other side of the story from Kirumira.
So the President asked for Kirumira’s phone number and these mafias gave him a wrong phone number ,
When the President called , the phone was always switched off ,
“When the President instructed his aidees to such for Kirumira physically , I was brought to the President ,
when the president went in flames asking why Kirumira a senior police officer would switch off his phone contacts , as Kirumira I responded with shock assuring the president that my phone number is always on 24 hours.”
” When I cross checked the number the president was given by the mafias to contact me , we discovered with the president that it was a fake number.”
Late Kirumira was scheduled to meet the president to unleash the last blow but got a chance, he died with it.
