The car with two different plates seen in Bwaise

This car was seen at northern bypass near Bwaise roundabout.

The Drone Media  noticed that the car has something peculiar on its numberplate.

On critical observation at a traffic jam at Bwaise roundabout the truth was discovered.

The truth is that it has two number plates. A yellow plate with black writings (if you observed critically, a black marking is protruding on the right side) is cover by a red plate with white writings.
