ISO Director General orders for the arrest of ministry of finance officials over sh7 bn fraud

ISO Director General has ordered the arrest of all ministry of Finance officials involved in a 7 billion fraud at the ministry.

Ministry of Finance officials are involved in sh7 billion shillings theft by fraudulently paying for fake land, those involved include two Ministers and procurement staff and the Secretary to the treasury Keith Muhakanizi.

Government officials in the ministry of Finance and ministry of Justice presented 2 fake land tittles belonging to Paul Bukenya a known land fraudster and Rt Col. Dick Lutaaya, they sold land to government worth sh7 billion shillings using all forms of thuggery.

This land sold to government was meant to serve as a free zone area at Entebbe airport.

Surprisingly, the true land owners with genuine land titles have never entered any sale agreement with government.

The amiable Acting ISO Director ordered the investigations and intelligence. He said that all involved be arrested and processed for trial, it remains unclear if minister will be arrested but looking at how Kaka operates he will capture all goons.

Betty Kasimbazi an official with Ministry of Finance Procurement Department is at the Center of this deal together with her colleagues and her Boss Keith Muhakanizi, and the Ministry of Justice’s Solicitor General.

These and more from the two ministries approved the sh7 billion deal causing a loss to the nation.

The ever smart fraudster Keith Muhakanizi is now pretending to query the payment, giving a reason that all the stakeholders must be met before final payment is made, only sh3 billion was shared amongst officials; it has so far been released.

Muhakanizi’s reason for stopping payment is so fake and just a backup in case an investigation is done in future, missing out the fact that the tittle is fake and this said land doesn’t exist.

A whistleblower was arrested by the ministry of finance security and made to disappear before he gave out full details.

However, there are documents that have landed in hands of intelligence officers implicating the above officials.
