Sarah Katrina Mirembe Ssangalyambogo Nachwa, the Princess of Buganda, made 21 years this month. Katrina is known for swimming; is little known for her good heart. Katrina is a philanthropist, on her twitter she ran a campaign to help a friend who is sick and needs financial support.

Katrina-Sarah Ssangalyambogo @KSsangalyambogo, “Hey! Desire and I share a birthday and it would mean alot if you could donate toward her treatment and bone marrow transplant 21k, $21,£21 or €21 for her 21st  to save Desire,” this  is what Katrina tweeted.
This is really good, we have seen mighty chaps here misusing their positions, but she is using this opportunity to save life of Desire.
Katrina also tweets wisdom, ” Katrina-Sarah Ssangalyambogo @KSsangalyambogo  “Think of a need you will use to Prosper think of it and you will thrive.” This tweet makes sense.  She stands to defend her position; she is a real princess, her followers always get food for their brains.  She is actually, a lioness. She is a social girl, who is guided by intellect, that can be seen in her conversation, she is composed.
Katrina is fond of dropping tidbits of her her heavily barricaded Royal lifestyle to her growing social media following. She recently revealed that since her childhood she has suffered a condition known as Dyslexia, a learning disorder which inhibits one’s reading abilities.
The condition, she says has not only affected her studies but also embarrassed her among fellow learners.
” Kids used to laugh at the way I spelled things not knowing that I have Dyslexia,” she revealed to followers on Tiktok.
Dyslexia is a learning disorder that involves difficulty reading due to problems identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words (decoding). Also called reading disability, dyslexia affects areas of the brain that process language.
