While a  number of MPs have been involved in forging academic papers in their efforts to meet the requisite qualifications to become members of parliament, they are not alone. Information available is that most of senior police officers in Uganda’s police, submitted Nasser Road papers as academic papers.

Sources close to families of those officers have revealed that they did not submit any genuine academic paper from real schools but that all their academic documents were from the infamous Nasser Road hub of forged papers.

The Drone Media has learnt that most of these officers are being exposed by their spouses whenever they develop domestic conflicts especially when they marry other wives. A case in point is SSP Otala Moses Obbo, the Deputy Commander Police SACCO. His wife reportedly exposed him that he used his brother’s academic papers.

Others include SSP Francis Chemusto; SSP Chemonges Seiko (relative of Juma Seiko), SSP Richard Punguha and others.

These Nasser Road graduates have not been clean and this psychological malady has affected their behavior and ethics.

SSP Francis Chemusto is allegedly involved in as many scandals as you can mention. He is reportedly benefiting from city tycoon Ssemubuwufu, who is suspected to have murdered lat Katushabe. Chemusto reportedly tried to sell police land at Kabalagala to Ephraim Ntaganda but AIG/P Bangirana haulted the deal.

While Chemusto was DPC at Kabalagala he detained OC Patrick Orachamuchan after suspecting that he was getting more money from Ephraim Ntaganda and not him. He was also involved in the drugs that were intercepted at Kabalagala. More kgs of drugs were intercepted but by the following day ¾ of the drugs had turned into posho. Chemusto and the CID in charge were interdicted but later re-instated mysteriously.

Chemonges has been in uncountable scandals. His entry into police is reportedly a work of his uncle Juma Seiko, who was an aide to Salim Saleh. Chamonges has rape cases pending; he has been accused of many things, he is so often interdicted but re-instated under mysterious circumstances.
