Massive corruption unearthed as Julius Ssekitoleko languishes in police cells

By Drone Reporter
Apparently what is hurting Ugandans is that the victims of corruption are harshly treated, yet the culprits balya butala ( they enjoy the loot with ease).
Julius Ssekitoleko is the vivid example, according to what Hon. Okello Oryem said indicated that before Ssekitoleko was arrested and deported, the unfortunate incident was planned from Kampala way ahead of the Games.
The Japanese ambassador claimed they had info that some Ugandan athletes were going to vanish. The government thus wanted to know who was involved in this act.
Ssekitoleko
According to sources close to National Council Of Sports ( NCS), Ssekitoleko did not qualify for the Olympics but was somehow taken to Japan and even paid sh7m allowance.  Now, officials claim he was awaiting the quota for weightlifting just in case he was included.
As you read this, Police officials (investigators) are interested in the whole saga. They expect to have a share of the loot. This is a chain of corruption as it always been. Ssekitoleko is a victim of circumstances; he fell into a snare of wicked officers.
Ask yourself, is vanishing a crime? No.  Then why is Ssekitoleko being held beyond 48 hours?  However, the truth is that some officials involved in this act have to be investigated, but the public might not be notified due to the sharing of the loot.
If it wasn’t corruption and may be incompetence among investigators; a case of massive corruption would be unearthed.
