Gordon Mugyenyi the MD of Middle East Consultants
Well, this vice of cheating Ugandans is cemented by the fake conspiracy theories fabricated by rogues.  Companies like Middle East Consultants took this advantage; their agents used to tell lies how the company was owned by The First Family; they also associated it to Minister Kahinda Otafiire because one of the managers a one Kyarimpa resembles Gen. Otafiire.
Unfortunately, Middle East Consultants ran out luck when they confronted the leading investigators (The Drone Media); Pidson Kareire, the editor of this publication was harassed by security operatives  on orders of Gordon Mugyenyi (Managing Director of Middle East Consultants), but in the end the truth was revealed.  The labour exporting company was run on forgeries.
As it is, Middle East Consultants was conniving with some officials in the labour ministry, who protected it. For instance, it was allowed to advertise in the news papers and on TVs; running misleading adverts yet it was against the labour terms.

Secondly, Middle East Consultants when it duped innocent Ugandans about false jobs (medics ) in Tripoli-Libya; police helped the rogue company to disperse the medics who demanded for their money.  Kabalagala Police Station was being used by Middle East Consultants to suppress whoever revealed truth about the rogue labour company. Can you imagine they used former Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga in their cheating of Ugandans?
Good enough, The Drone Media fought hard to bring about the truth. “It is our editorial policy to investigate and report the truth,” asserts Pidson Kareire, the editor of The Drone Media.
