I have been severally attacked by some folks over refraining from commenting on the on going abductions, torture and killings.

The last time I alerted society we were headed for slaughter of human being in a complex asymmetric warfare the Kyagulanyi gangs were all over with insults the way they insulted Archbishop Dr Lwanga.

It’s only that I’m not so sure those being massaged by the NRA Occupation #alnakba are the very lumpen who insulted Dr Lwanga. If I was I would surely stretch with a deep smile in sauna. The current conversation about the so called Drone minibus is what actually obtained during Dr Obote Uganda National liberation Army counter insurgency operations against the Museveni NRA.. Then it was the bus.

For sometime now the anti Museveni insurgents have built well coordinated guerrilla cells in central Region known as Buganda and Eastern Uganda. Operating from a secured Base area in Eastern DR Congo and the Sudan, western Uganda and Northen Uganda are convenient transit grounds for military supplies etc.

The actual war then would be fought in Buganda, Kampala and Busoga grounds because these constitute the economic base of the government.

In fact sophisticated covert and overt operations have been executed to cripple Museveni economic base.
It’s at the height of those operations that Sabiiti Muzeeyi was appointed Deputy IGP. Sabiiti made contact with me and I think through Peter Kibazo and I wrote him a paper.

Sabiiti problem was he was largely a born again savedee not suited for an elevated insurgency.
By the time of nominations, Museveni appeared briefed of the intent of the insurgency to spark an uprising and armed insurrection.

It was so developed that Museveni had no capacity to stop and curtail it.
What complicates the operating terrain is that politicians opposed to Museveni out of opportunism consciously fused themselves with an insurgency they wouldn’t command and control.

The guerrillas now deploy the politicians as a war tool having politically dominated the operating ground.
When Kyagulanyi was arrested the insurgency struck and raised up the unconscious population into an insurrection under cover of the Kyagulanyi Gangs.

Museveni activated his capabilities, both zonal, SFC and Mobile Units supported by gunships.
The insurgency the had succeeded in exploiting the advantages of surprise attack.
Museveni avers he defeated the insurrection. I disagree.

The insurgency having through surprise attack and under cover civil dissent covered all the terrain in issue withdrew to their Base areas. Why was this critical? The insurgency was on a Strategic Offensive and had proliferated in Buganda and Busoga.

President Museveni deployment meant he was going to progress to Strategic Offensive and I the insurgency would be forced into a Strategic Defence.

In urban ground the population is perfect cover of insurgency and being forced into strategic defence and coupled with offensive operations within strategic defence a huge mass of the population would be displaced thereby denying the guerrillas tactical cover.

Museveni used Internally Displaced People’s Camps in Acholi to deny the LRA of Joseph Kony tactical cover.
By disengaging in time, the insurgents had retained the tactical advantages of initiative and Flexibility in command and deployments.

The insurgency now can initiate a strategic offensive and obliterate an target at their time and place of chosing
Certainly Museveni was not going to relax having dominated the ground. Not at all.
Museveni was bound to execute covert operations to destroy the insurgency sleeper cells in the urban ground and thence the phenomenon of Drones.

It’s undeclared war and you would only be lucky to survive it. After thorough analysis of the situation I withdrew from the race and recommended that as country we enter into a constructive dialogue.
I was convinced then this silly election would solve such a complex problem.

I fully associated myself with the Archbishop Lwanga Joint Christian Council position of postponing the elections and indulging in a conversation. The reaction was insults.  Now wail until you sober up
