Save Mpande Edith in Saudi Arabia

Mpande Edith used Ham Company at Old Kampala to go and hustle as a maid in Saudi Arabia in September 2021 and was received by Alalain company in Buraida-Saudi Arabia.

Edith used to do very heavy works which included lifting gas cylinders, heavy bottles and boxes of water, working in a two storeyed home against which she used to complain to her boss both in Ugandan and Saudi Arabia offices for help but in vain.

Later she began feeling and getting backache but still her offices couldn’t help, as time passed, she began bleeding from her genitals all because of lifting heavy things, and restless work because she could work about 17hours a day but still her boss couldn’t take her for treatment nor allow her rest nor releave her from the heavy works. It was not untill it reached time and she couldn’t even lift a cup of water because of becoming totally lethargic and seriously sick and that’s when the boss took her back to office.

After her Saudi Arabia office realized it could not manage her situation it also took her to Sakan Deportation Centre in Riyadh (in 2nd pic she’s at Sakan Deportation Centre) two weeks from where her situation is becoming more terrible that two days ago as if she was even dead.

If Ham Company could be forced to do the needful to save their employee #Mpande Edith. The Drone Media takes an initiative and  concerted efforts to save #Mpande Edith’s life, by informing the public and the world at large,  atleast for her to quickly  returturn to Uganda for urgent treatment.

Labour companies in Uganda often neglect and abandon employees they take to the Arab world for slavery. This is not an isolated case, there are manny cases like this one, involving rogue companies.
