Ugandan Tycoon sexually abusing pupils

By Angela Nyakuni

School directors & administrators, teachers and staff in Uganda are required by law to report to authorities any suspicions  sexual abuse of  students.

However, schools across the country are shirking that duty, choosing to keep things quiet rather than “ruin lives” of co-workers and suffer the taint of bad publicity.

As a result, many schools especially boarding schools,  have become sex havens for moneyed predators; victims of sexual abuse are settling their troubles with school authorities, while the parents lose everything because their money is wasted.

The Drone media has established that a certain Ugandan tycoon  has a penchant for young girls/pupils, who he facilitates and sexually abuse.  The tycoon reportedly hunts from a prominent school along Entebbe Road and another school near Kibbuli. He facilitates the workers of such schools who poach for him the prey (little girls).  Further clarification indicate that the tycoon engages in juju, which forces and directs him to look for little girls, who are still virgins.

In one of those schools, a yearlong investigation by this media revealed a more than 2 decades-long pattern of  sex abuse allegations, which pin the Ugandan tycoon. More troubling, sources say the Ugandan tycoon is getting to more schools; he seems to have become an addict. One source even called it a pandemic.
A sexual predator is a person seen as obtaining or trying to obtain sexual contact with another person in a metaphorically “predatory” or abusive manner. Analogous to how a predator hunts down its prey, so the sexual predator is thought to “hunt” for his or her sex partners.

All sex crimes like sexual harassment, assault, rape, and pedophilia are committed by sexual predators, who sought out inappropriate contact in one way or another.

Those who exploit others in a sexual manner may not be just seeking sex. Rather, they see sex as a form of dominance and control.

While some sexual predators attempt to exploit adult victims, many are child sexual predators. These abusers have a distinct sexual preference for children. They look for minors, typically pre-pubescent (before puberty), and will build trust with their victim as a form of grooming. So that is what the Ugandan tycoon does!
