Uganda has been hit by exciting news about UK free visa entry today and everyone is jumping with joy. In fact, very soon many would be packing their luggage heading to the United Kingdom.

As Theresa May takes over as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), new Visa regulations have been written and it ruled out Visa requirements for Commonwealth citizens.

As per this revision of the Visa regulations, all citizens of Commonwealth countries of which Uganda is among no longer require Visas when her citizens are travelling to the UK for a period of six (6) months.

However, people wishing to stay for longer than six months are still required to obtain Visa. People travelling to take up courses longer than six months, people settling with their families are required to obtain Visas. Business visitors are also eligible to travel without visas.
