When Amanya Tumukunde survived tick bite

In 2018 a tick bite caused General Henry Tumukunde’s son known as Amanya Tumukunde to be flown overseas for treatment.

Drones in Rwenshande told The Drone Media that Amanya was in his father’s farm taking a walk and a dangerous tick locally known as engoha bite his private (penis).

The tick bite was at first not taken seriously until the penis swell to become like a python that has swallowed a calf.  He was then taken to Kampala Hospital, but later on flown abroad for treatment.

Good news is that Amanya quickly recovered from the tick bite-caused disease that had worried his family. Sadly, the Drones did not establish what type of tick it was, but the locals said it was a dangerous tick known as embarabara( in Runyankole), it is a tick with black & white spots.

Amanya,  was recently reported by various media houses that he intends to marry Dr. Angela Kakishozi, President Museveni’s precious young daughter.

As it is hostilities between Gen. Henry Tumukunde and President Yoweri Museveni ought to end. It was reported that Gen. Tumukunde’s son is set to be introduced to President Museveni’s family. Amanya Tumukunde is set to wed Angela Kakishozi.

According to news streamed all over, the former Presidential candidate’s family confirmed that the general’s son Amanya Tumukunde is set to wed President Museveni’s younger daughter Dr. Angela Kakishozi.

Amanya Tumukunde was last year arrested and detained by security at the height of 2021 elections in which his father, a bush war hero, Gen. Tumukunde was candidate.

An unnamed family source interviewed by the press said:
“There is nothing new about our son (Amanya) dating Angela because they have known each other for ages. The only thing is that maybe it is now becoming a public matter, but there is nothing to hide”.
