A SENIOR POLICE OFFICER HAS DIED ON A FLIGHT FROM USA TO KAMPALA

SAD NEWS.

Reports streaming indicate that a Uganda senior police officer has died on a plane.

Commissioner of Police, Okello Wilfred Makmot died while on transit from New York USA to Uganda via Abu Dhabi.

Police spokesman Emilian Kayima says details surrounding his death will soon be availed to the public.

Meanwhile Makmot becomes the third official to die aboard a plane in just three years.

In September 2015, then Internal Affairs minister, Gen Aronda Nyakairima died on an Emirates plane enroute to Uganda from South Korea.

A year later in September 2016, another official from the same ministry, Ambassador Najuna Njuneki, who was in charge of Special Duties at ministry of Foreign Affairs also passed on aboard a plane in London on his return journey from a conference in Sweden.

WHATS WRONG WITH DUBAI AIR PORT.

Like late General Alonda Nyakairama former CDF and internal affairs minister ,the late CP Wilfred Okello Makmot the focal person in internal affairs department of small arms and light ammunitions also died of blood clot, a board fly emirates and at Dubai air port.

CP Okello Makmot died few days ago on his way from New York in USA.
Its reported that he had earlier before travelling to USA on official duties told his colleagues that he had dodged poisoning on several occasions.
Makmot has been one of the police officers investigating on the death Afande Felix Kaweesa.
Two years ago Ambassador Ajuna also died on his way from London.
