Minister of Internal Affairs, Maj General Jeje Abubaker says the current armed attacks threats circulating in the country are being Masterminded by Doctor Aggrey Kiyingi.

Responding to the concerns over the security threats which circulated on social media platforms of an “armed attack” on Uganda that was to take place between 16th and 17th July 2018, Odongo said all were mere empty threats by bad people who never wish Uganda any good.

Odongo said the security agencies have investigated and appropriately analyzed the contents which went vital and at last established that Dr. Aggrey Kiyingi was the Master minder.

Dr.Kiyingi Aggrey is a Consultant Cardiologist based in Australia.Kiyingi is son to Azalia Ssebowa, a peasant in Busukuma, Namulonge in Wakiso district.
