Balaam started working with Ponsiano Lwakataka; he worked as a porter but stole knowledge and later he used it to prosper. His break through was realized when the Mbarara-songbird Mariam Tindatiine climaxed. Balaam took her to South Sudan, where the South Sudanese would not get tired of her.
The rich South Sudanese ignorantly poured money and they would request consecutive shows every week.
However, Balaam had broken away from Lwakataka; he organised Bobi Wine’s first biggest show at Hotel Equatoria, which sold out. his next target was Juliana Kanyomozi, who he promoted until he squeezed the last panny before he left her.
He then took over Jose Chameleone, who he has been since. Balaam reportedly pays Jose Chameleone upfront because he has never made whenever he organise a show for Jose Chameleone. Today, he hatched a deal in State House; he took over all responsibilities of providing public address, erecting tents and necessary items needed for rallies/parties. In this deal, he has become a billionaire.
