Passport Control ought to emulate others

A lesson should be taught here: I think Ministry of Internal Affairs should copy and paste the services offered by the Uganda Security Printing and driver’s License company at Uganda Railways. These people are swift and professional.

Whereas the Immigration passport control office you do everything online after payment you book the appointment only to see three weeks ahead when you paid for express service plus other inconveniences moreover at sh400, 000.

Since we have national Identity Board Passport control office; it should be improved not to waste time on technical issues and even disorganization by security officers, who make it appear like it is hell while there.

Enswera Ekwagala Yekuggwa kubbwa ( the fly that loves you will suck the pus on your wound)…this is not a directive it’s just  a piece of advice……to enable you serve professionally and swiftly using modern technology. Kindly, be swift…and courteous….

If I don’t see the change I will publish a story about your services…..and it might not be good news for some errant staff.  For God and My county.
