Balaam betrays Jose Chameleone

Balaam and Jose Chameleone

Music Promoter commonly known as Ssabavulu Balaam Barugahara is reportedly in hot soup for tipping URA law enforcement officers.

According to a video shot at Brian White’s compound, bearing the water mark of Radio 4; Balaam’s radio; he is overheard directing the officers to the effect.

Besides, a source has revealed to The Drone Media that Balaam is the one who called URA officials and told them that Chameleone was hiding at Brian White ‘s home with the car Land Cruiser  V8. The Drone Media can exclusively reveal that this car was donated to Chameleone by South Sudan businesswoman Achai Wiir.

At Brian White’s home what ensued was a few exchange of hot words in Brian White’s compound, thereafter the car was driven to URA Headquarters in Nakawa.

This started on Easter Sunday when Chameleone triggered a barrage of verbal artillery to the humble URA law enforcement officer  who approached him, asking for papers of the car; a “Mpenkoni” Landcruiser V8 that carries Southern Sudan registered number plates.

The scuffle took some hours before the belligerent parties seemed to have agreed to sort it out after Chameleone finished singing. The singer, Jose Chameleone was slated to perform live on BBS TV.

On Easter Monday, URA enforcement officers  impounded the car, which is registered in South Sudan with number plates SSD 499B.

The Easter CAMUKA show on BBS TV, where Chameleone had gone to perform live,  was almost brought to the end. The singer alias Joseph Mayanja harassed the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) law enforcement officer.

Trouble started after a humble enforcement officer asked Chameleone to present documents/papers for his new car, which he claimed were at his home. You wonder if the papers were at Brian White’s home, where the car was found.  As if that was not bad enough, Chameleone fled the home. The officers took his hang-on and Brian White.

Chameleone who looked scared, kept on asking the URA law enforcement officer to excuse him so that he could sing for the Kabaka. He seemed to have run out of excuses because he started asking the URA officer why they don’t rest.
