Bobi Wine plans an illegal swearing in ceremony

According to information streaming in on our news desk, Bobi Wine is planning an illegal swearing in ceremony. The do is scheduled for 17th March 2021.
Reports indicate that he has been meeting National Unity Platform (NUP) coordinators and telling them to mobilize all NUP structures up to village level. He further directed them to mobilize influential leaders in the church, market leaders, and school teachers with their wives. BW has promised to send each group UGX. 500,000 by 14th and 15th March 2020.
While he entrusted this task with district coordinators, he retained the responsibility of mobilizing and briefing the four districts of Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and Mpigi himself. He has invited the entire leadership structure in the four districts to come to his home in Magere.
He wants all NUP leaders and supporters to come to Kampala for his swearing in on the 17th Mar 2021.
He has bought whistles (efirimbi) for those who will remain upcountry and the plan is for them to gather in towns and blow the whistles as the function will be taking place in Kampala. He has further assured them that their security.
To reinforce his plan, BW is recording different audios in different languages that he intends to roll out any time. Six audios are set to be released and two more are being recorded.
In the audios he disguises that NUP is non-violent and calls for “peaceful demonstrations” in the whole country to claim “their victory”.
On the sidelines, NUP Secretary General Lewis Rubongoya has rolled out payment through a one Rashid Segujja, leader of a radical wing called “Bali Bali”. The group is comprised mainly of radicals from Kisseka market. UGX. 500,000 is being paid to different persons who will lead the violence.
The work of the “Bali Bali” group is to disrupt and stop President Museveni’s swearing in and ensure security for the swearing in of BW.
The message to those he has briefed is to “add fire” in Luganda “tuyongelemu omulilo”.
He also boosts that he is “too sour” for the state to do anything to him
