TYCOON DAVID OLOKA FEARED DEAD

Information flowing in from our reliable sources indicate that the former Accounts Clerk at Ministry of Public Service moneybags David Oloka is feared dead.
David Oloka was reportedly admitted to an India based Non Communicable Diseaeses Hospital about one month ago, but succumbed to diabetes and a decission was reached by very close family members for his body to be treated and safely kept away in fulfillment of the deceased’s wishes.
The gist of the matter is that, Oloka had left behind a strict WILL to the effect that in case of his demise, his village house should be put down and rebuilt to befit his status . In the city , the deceased was known for unlimited flamboyancy in high-end casinos and happening places.
Oloka is also famously or infamously known for the involvement in heist at the Ministry of Public Service that entailed collosal sums of pensioners’ money.
The heist, led to the inccaceration of other officials at the Ministry of Public Service, including Joseph Kunsa, Christopher Obey and Jimmy Rwamafa, hitherto on remand at Luzira prisons.
Circumstances under which Oloka escaped from long term inccaceration, have since remained mysterious to the public, though it’s somewhat infurred that he had stronger connections than his accomplices.
Unconfirmed reports have always pointed to the marriage connections bewteen his son and a girl from the first family as a thread that salvaged him from the coolers.

Though the  public service heist involved  billlions of shillings, at the end of 2015 Oloka pleaded guilty before the Anti-Corruption court for having stollen  ONLY 365 million and under  plea-bargainiing arrangements, court  fined him a paltry Uganda shillings 28 million then he regained total “undented”  freedom!

Apparently, Oloka had strong investment delealings with Christopher Obey, entailing a litany of businesses including Leeds Insurance, cattle
ranches, tree plantations and buildings.
