Makerere University’s Prof. Rutanga loses daughter

Professor and Mrs  Murindwa-Rutanga of Makerere University have lost their daughter Vince Busingye Muhumuza. According to a close relative, Busingye died on Monday 8th March 2021 at St. Francis, Nsambya Hospital.
The entire Rutanga Family is grieved and mourning with deep sorrow the untimely death of their daughter. The Drone Media has gathered that  burial arrangements are as follows:
1.There will be a vigil at their home in Bweya, Kajjansi, near Snake Park on Tuesday 9th March 2021 starting at 5pm.
2. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday 10th March 2021 at St Francis Chapel, Makerere University, starting at 9am.
3. Burial will be on Thursday 11th March 2021 at Kaharo, Kabale at 12:00 noon. The burial place is visible, along Ntungamo- Kabale Road as you start to climb Kabaraga Hill.

Prof. Murindwa-Rutanga teaches and researches at Makerere University and Centre for Basic Research. He has a PhD in Political Science from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, as well as MA and BA degrees in Political Science from Makerere University. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in the Research Training Programme from Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta
