Bobi Wine to appear before court martial while Kassiano Wadri wins elections

We are getting unconfirmed news that Hon Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine will today (Thursday) appear before military court martial, sitting in Gulu.

This is because the rogue MP was found with fire arms or he was associated with dangerous weapons, which the law stipulates that he/she found with such be charged under military laws.

Our siurces say thst Hon. Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) is slated for a military court martial in Gulu today (Thursday).

Gen. Moses Ali confirmed it on grounds that Hon. Kyagulanyi was found with a gun in Arua when the fracas leading to the stoning of the presidential convoy ensued.

However, most likely his charge sheet will read among others
1. Treason for attempting together with others to harm a head of state
2. Being in possession of government stores (gun) meant for authorised military/security/police/prisons personnel’s yet he is none of the above.

A sub machine gun was allegedly found in Hon. Kyagulanyi’s hotel room in Arua town.

Meanwhile Hon Winnie Kiiza has congratulated the people of Arua municipality for the landslide victory. Kassiano Wadri who is still in jail over inciting hooligans to smash president’s car.

“You have sent an unprecedented signal to the junta that no amount of intimidation or violence can deter the will of the people,” Winnie Kiiza wrote on her Facebook page.

She added, “A determined citizenry is an unstoppable wave to salvage self. You have spoken loud to all enemies of real change and by the grace of God this country will see light.”

“To the family of the late Yasin Kawuma, we grieve together.” Note this: she only contributed words towards the family of late Yasiin Kawuma.

Now, from the witness’s mouth. Wadri and Bobi Wine led their supporters and disrupted and disorganized Musema and Besigye’s rally?

Besigye was giving a speech and had to stop to wait for the Bobi Wine and Wadri to finish their antics and leave.

They never did and instead the supporters at the rally broke into fights and chaos ensued (as you would expect). Besigye and his team had to leave before finishing their speeches.

It is this fighting that extended to the president’s convoy; resulting into smashing president’s car rear screen and consequently death of Yasin Kawuma.
